If you would like to hire Potters Fields Park, please supply us with an outline of the event and the proposed date(s), including rig and de-rig days. We will then be in touch to discuss your event and arrange a site visit, which will enable you to understand any restrictions involved. If the event is suitable and the dates are available, we will then send you a quote, the fee will be agreed and a deposit taken.

*The Park has a Premises Licence under the 2003 Licensing Act. This covers activities including music, dancing and supply of alcohol and all events need to comply with the licensing conditions; a copy of the licence is available on request.
