If you are interested in hiring the park, please supply the Trust with an outline of the event, and the proposed dates. If the event is suitable and the dates are available, a fee will be agreed and a deposit taken. Please do read the Event Hire Guide and arrange for a site visit which will allow you to fully understand the restrictions involved on the Park.

The Park has a Premises Licence under the 2003 Licensing Act. Events will have to operate through this license and comply with any restrictions, a copy of the premises licence is available on request.

Depending on your proposed activity you may require a temporary structure’s licence (Section 30), this is the event organiser’s responsibility to obtain this from Southwark Council, click here for the application form details.
