If you are interested in hiring the park, please supply the Trust with an outline of the event, and the proposed dates. If the event is suitable and the dates are available, a fee will be agreed and a deposit taken. It is worth reading our site rules to understand any restrictions on the park.

There is normally a site meeting during the early stages of the event planning, where any technical issues regarding the event and facilities required (such as electricity, toilets, water etc) can be discussed.

The park has a premises license under the 2003 Licensing Act. Events will have to operate through this license and comply with any restrictions.
