Welcome to the Potters Fields Park blog. This is where we give you general news on what is happening on the park and you can hear from Albert the Pug, our head gardener’s dog. You can also subscribe to our quarterly newsletter at the bottom of the page to get regular updates.

Path replacement 6 – 17 March

The back path in front of One Tower Bridge and central path between the lawns need to be resurfaced. This will take place from the 6th March – 17th March while we have a good weather window.

We had hoped to complete by the 14th March, however due to unforeseen circumstances this will now complete on the 17th March.

During this period the paths will need to be closed and pedestrians will be redirected to the riverside path.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused over this period.

Great British Spring Clean 3rd & 4th March

Potters Fields Park Trust is organising two Great British Spring Clean events from the park this year. They will take place on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th March, 11.00 – 14.00, starting from outside Fratellis Cafe on Potters Fields Park.

We need lots of willing volunteers to help clear up the area so for information and to get involved please contact us here.

The Great British Spring Clean is a campaign with one simple ambition. To bring together people from across the country to clear up the litter that blights our towns, villages, countryside and coastline.

Through March 2017, the GB Spring Clean team want to inspire 500,000 people to get outdoors, get active and help clear up the rubbish that lies around us. You’ll join an ever growing band of people who have had enough of other people’s litter, are willing to donate their time to help clear it up and want to see an end to littering.
